Susie Farrell is a mother of three, grandmother of eight, and Co-Founder of North Raleigh School of Etiquette, where she helps lead an exceptional program offering social, business, and dining etiquette courses rooted in Aristotelian virtues for a brighter future.

With a professional background in interior design and executive support, Susie brings a refined eye for detail, organization, and hospitality to every aspect of the program. Her experience has shaped her strong appreciation for etiquette, polished communication, and gracious living, all of which inspire her passion for helping others navigate social situations with confidence and courtesy.

Marissa Ranieri is a proud mother of three who combines her background in hospitality and event planning with a passion for creating meaningful experiences. As a Co-Founder of North Raleigh School of Etiquette, she brings warmth, creativity, and polish to her teaching, helping children feel comfortable and confident in any setting.

She is especially passionate about helping children and young people develop the social and life skills that will serve them for years to come. Marissa believes that good manners are about far more than knowing which fork to use—they are about learning how to show kindness, make others feel valued, communicate with confidence, and carry oneself with respect and grace. She firmly believes that every child deserves the opportunity to build these habits early, giving them a strong foundation for future friendships, school experiences, professional settings, and everyday life.

Maryellen McMorrow is a devoted mother of six and proud grandmother of fifteen, passionate about helping children and young adults develop confidence, respect, poise and kindness. Believing that while times may of changed, good manners will never go out of style, she co-founded and ran an etiquette school in New York, specializing in table etiquette and essential social skills. Through her programs, Maryellen equips students with the timeless tools to make strong first impressions, navigate social and professional setting with grace, and build meaningful, lasting relationships.
